Pathfinders
Pathfinders is the official youth ministry program of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, designed for young people ages 10-15 (grades 5-10). This dynamic club combines adventure, spiritual growth, and character development to help young people discover their God-given potential.
Our Mission
Pathfinders exists to guide young people in their journey of faith while developing practical life skills, leadership abilities, and a heart for service. Through a Christ-centered approach, we help youth build lasting friendships and create meaningful connections with their community.
What We Do
Outdoor Adventures & Camping
Experience nature through hiking, camping, canoeing, and wilderness survival skills that build confidence and self-reliance.
Skill Development & Honors
Earn achievement patches in areas like arts & crafts, nature study, health & fitness, vocational skills, and spiritual growth through our comprehensive Honors program.
Service to Others
Participate in community service projects that make a real difference, from food drives to environmental conservation efforts.
Leadership Training
Develop leadership qualities through team-building activities, drill team participation, and mentorship opportunities.
Spiritual Growth
Deepen your faith through worship, Bible study, prayer, and discussions in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Club Structure
Pathfinders meet regularly (typically weekly) and are organized into units led by trained adult counselors. Members progress through achievement classes—Friend, Companion, Explorer, Ranger, Voyager, and Guide—each building on the previous level’s accomplishments.
